We hold copies of your patient health record electronically and in paper format. When you register with the practice and your registration documents have been processed, your Electronic Record can reach us within minutes.
It is now possible to view your medical record online - using the NHS app. Being able to see your record online might help you to manage your medical conditions. It also means that you can even access it from anywhere in the world should you require medical treatment on holiday.
You can also view your medical records online by using Systm Online. Please contact the practice if you do not have your access credentials or if you wish to discuss what parts of your record you wish to view. You can login by clicking the Sytm Online logo below
