Our 24-hours online contact service allows patients to cancel appointments,  request medical advice, submit medication queries, request a fit note (sick note) make general (non-medical enquiries), access blood and scan results, read self-care advice and more.

If your matter is urgent and outside working hours, please contact 111. If severe, please consider attending the hospital A & E Department or call 999. Contact in relation to concerns about Strep A should be with the 111 service and undertaken immediately,

Practice Nurse Prescribers offer minor illness appointments daily

Our Nurse Prescribers can help with many conditions including: cystitis earache, thrush, rashes, sore eyes, and sore throats. They can issue prescriptions but antibiotics will only be prescribed if the clinical indications are appropriate.
